Climate change is perhaps the most pressing social justice issue facing humanity and threatens to make our planet increasingly uninhabitable. Lawyers have a unique role to play in ensuring access to justice for present and future generations.
Many universities now offer Climate Law or Climate Justice as a subject. A number of other law subjects are also relevant and will probably include climate change as a topic area, such as Human Rights Law and Environmental Law. We have started a listing of Climate Law subjects currently available, which is here.
If you currently offer a Climate Law subject or are aware of a Climate Law subject please use the form below. We will get back to you if we have any questions.
If you are an academic and want to establish a new course, or are a student and want to ask your university to establish a new course, please get in touch with us via the form below. We can help you connect with other academics who already teach Climate Law, and give you some guidance.
